Emma's Second Birthday

These pictures are badly out of order, but these are from Emma's second birthday party at Shawnigan Lake with the Crawford side of the family the week before Catherine's wedding. It was also a great time for us because the whole clan was together...Mom and Dad C, Mike, Al and Kaya, Dave and Cath, Auntie Sharon, and Mark, Emma and I. The girls just loved Grammie and Grampies fairy garden and riding in the boats on the lake. It was a great holiday and birthday for Emma.

Rod Run 2007

We had a great weekend at Rod Run 2007, Long Beach WA this last weekend. It was maybe the best weather at the coast ever! The cars were awesome and we had a fabulous time with our great friends Ben, Teri, Rexl and Kendall. Emma loved the water as usual, and by the second day at the beach, she has stripping off all her clothes on the path to the beach because she was getting ready to go play in the water. No fear of the cold Washington coast for her. We were once again reminded of what a beautiful part of the world we live in and how blessed we are to have such wonderful friends!

Our Crazy August

August in the Crawford family was crazy busy and wonderful, with a bitter sweet ending. It started with the whole family coming together in Victoria for the wedding of Catherine and Dave. Then Dad C. moved to Abu Dhabi for a 3 year contract working as a superintendent of schools for the U.A.E. government, while Mom C., Michael, Alison and Kaya came down to visit us here in Washougal. After a great week together, we said good bye, knowing it would be a lengthy time before we see eachother again. So, we have awesome pictures to remember our times spent together. Here's pictures of Emma and Kaya having fun together...for grampies in Abu Dhabi who didn't get to be with us.
